QUESTION:

Are you going to give me leads?

ANSWER:

We are going to do something better. Like the old saying it is better to teach you how to fish than to just give you fish. We teach you how to identify roofs that you would normally pass by because they have only a few missing shingles or minimal hail damage. We will can get a full roof replacement and you will not have to bid against other roofers.

QUESTION:

Can I just try one claim and see how it works?

ANSWER:

We are going to teach you how to make a lot of money and not have to bid against other roofers. We are only looking for serious roofers who want to expand their business and become more successful. Having said that if the business model does not work for you it does not work for us and you have no obligation to continue having us process claims.

QUESTION:

Do I need to have sales people to be successful?

ANSWER:

Bottom line someone needs to contact the homeowner that has missing shingles or hail damage. You are circumventing the bidding process by going straight to the homeowner with the damaged roof so it is worthwhile getting some commission sales people involved.

QUESTION:

Will you share with me your marketing ideas and paperwork?

ANSWER:

Yes of course. Once you become part of the My Free Repairs network we share our legal agreements, social media ideas, marketing material and anything else that will be of value to you.

QUESTION:

How do we handle the deductible with the homeowner?

ANSWER:

It depends upon the laws in your State and also what you are comfortable with doing. We have our customers do certain things and if they do we will waive their deductible. For example, various different social media testimonials, signage, referrals etc.

QUESTION:

Do you collect the money and pay us?

ANSWER:

You collect the money from the homeowner and you pay us so there is no risk to you not getting paid.

QUESTION:

How exactly does your program work?

ANSWER:

Once you sign our agreement we teach you how to identify roofs that we know will qualify. You or your sales people approach the homeowner and let them know what we think we can get them a new roof paid for by their home insurance. You get them to sign a legal agreement that we will give you to put on your letterhead. It basically says that if you are unsuccessful the homeowner owes you nothing and if we are successful 100% of the money paid by the insurance company, plus the deductible if applicable, will be paid to you. You take a copy of the homeowner’s insurance and a few photos of the roof and send everything to us.

We will let you know if the claim can be processed and then we will contact the homeowner to register the claim with the insurance company with the homeowner on the phone. This is very important that it is done correctly.

We teach you how to markup the roof and take the photos that will be needed to get the claim approved. Once this is done you send everything to us and we will create an estimate. We then schedule an appointment for you to meet with the insurance adjuster. Most of the times the adjuster will approve the claim and create an estimate but what they offer is not necessarily what we will end up getting which is the secret behind our success. If the adjuster does not approve it we appeal and ask for a re-inspection with a senior adjuster. We know exactly how to handle the claim and bottom line we will get the roof replacement approved.

When the check arrives with the homeowner often it needs to be countersigned by the homeowner’s mortgage company. We take care of that because we can get it done quickly. When the check comes back you collect payment from the homeowner. You then do the work and if there is a final check we go through the same process with the check. After final payment you the pay us.
